My name is Emile Meulemans. I grew up in South Africa and moved to Holland in 1987. I have worked as an engineer, manager and director of different companies. What I truly missed was somebody to talk to about my problems and challenges and who was willing to just listen to and not compete with me. My role as confidant and coach is to offer your company and you as an individual what I missed.

My Philosophy is “learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them”. Very often I was too scared to ask because it costs money. I could not tell the difference between advice (services) and strategy (wisdom).
Services you can buy but it’s your decision to make the call. Wisdom is making the right decision that you can live with.

I have chosen the name CapeCoaching because when you arrive by sea or drive a car all you see is what is in front of you. You do not know what is Above, Below, or Beyond what you see.
Sometimes you have to do something completely different from what you have done before.
